convenient location amazing service clean room healthy food
I found the location very convenient for exploring. the staff offered amazing customer service. They were helpful and friendly. my room was clean. I appreciated the lake view. the breakfast room was cute, and the food was adequate and healthy.
The beds could benefit from a mattress upgrade. They weren't the most comfortable.

unfriendly staff ceiling cobwebs
the air conditioning was impossible to adjust it was too cold. i found cobwebs on the ceiling i had to report it. the staff at the reception was not very friendly the corridor was noisy.
